How to Cancel Your Magshop Subscription

If you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do so anytime using one of the options below:

Contact our Customer Service team on 136 116 to speak with one of our agents. 

2. Email us
Send a request to magshop@magshop.com.au 

3. Chat with us
Use the chat bot in the bottom right corner of this page

Please ensure you include your customer ID on any cancellation requests. You can locate your Customer ID by logging into your account or on your magazine delivery slip.
